How to Install a Module
This is an example of how to install a module or modules into your PIAF system. This example installs the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) module which has the Digital Receptionist option.
- From FreePBX Setup menu, select the Module Admin option

- The Module Admin page will show the currently installed modules on your system. Check for updates online by selecting (you guessed it!) "Check for Updates Online: option.

- You will see a whole list of absolutely amazing modules that are available for you to play with. It will be hard but ignore them for now and go to the Inbound Call Control section

- Select the IVR option, then select Download and Install. At this point, you have the option to go back and select more than one module to download and install.
NOTE: At the time of writing this webpage, Firefox had trouble displaying this menu option. It would appear overlapped with the next menu item. After selecting an option, you can close the pull-down menu by clicking on it again. It still works but is awkward.

- Select Process

- Confirm that this is what you want to do

- The download will start and when it is finished, you will be asked to press Return to continue

- Now that you have installed a new module, you have to "Apply Configuration Changes", then "Continue with Reload"

- Next is to load the Digital Receptionist module. From the FreePBX Setup Menu select IVR (it should be present now)

- "Apply Configuration Changes", then "Continue with Reload" to load the Digital Receptionist module

- The Digital Receptionist option is now ready to be configured
