Pre-Registration Information:
Please phone (403) 239-1465, or e-mail cdds@telus.net to register for a course. Please include the dentist's name, luncheon RSVP, and the number of auxiliaries attending. This process will constitute pre-registration - subsequent acknowledgement will not be made prior to the lecture date. Note that staff are welcome, but lunches will not be provided.
Registration fees are: ($CAD)
- Member dentists: no charge.
- Non-member dentists: $450.00 / full membership.
- $40.00 / staff member or auxiliary (payable at the meeting).
- Retired member dentists: $20.00/meal/course
