Our Story
Trinity Christian Fellowship (TCF) began in 1992 as a church-planting project of
the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (Alberta District). Rev. Robert and Susan Osborne
were called to plant the new church and pastored it through its start up phase.
They gathered together a core-group through the Spring and Summer of 1992 and began
sowing the vision for the TCF's unique ministry in north-east Calgary.
In September of that year, with a core of about 40, they went "public".
Sunday services were held in the L.B. Pearson High School theater,
where we still meet to this day. The church offices were established
in an office complex only a short distance away. Rev. Dwight and Vicki Seib,
Itinerant Evangelist, assisted through the first year as the church gained
its feet and established its ministry.
Over the next few years TCF grew with a solid group of people.

Cell groups, children's and youth ministry
defined TCF's mid-week programs. Additional space at the office was found for
expanding mid-week activities.
Bob and Susan Osborne said farewell to TCF in
February of 1996 to pursue a short-term mission in South Africa.
Rev. Dan and Barb Eagle accepted the call to pastor TCF in April of 1996. From
1996 through 2002 The Eagles ministered at Trinity with passion and lots of
love, guided by the stregth and power of the Holy Spirit. Dan and Barb now pastor at
Connaught Heights Assembly in British Columbia. The Lord will bless them and use them for
his glory with that congregation as well.
Rev. Marlin and Wendy Giesbrecht will be helping us throught this transition time.
The story of TCF continues...
